Why I Do It
I’m Hannah—a certified nutrition and fitness coach, and a petite woman (4’11”) who’s been through it.
For years, I followed the conventional advice—eat less, do more cardio, stay in a deficit—but it left me drained, confused, and still unhappy with how I looked and felt.
It wasn’t until I shifted my focus to strength, nourishment, and training with intention that everything changed. I gained muscle definition. I lost fat. I felt strong. I had energy. And for the first time, I felt at home in my body.
Now, I help other women experience that transformation for themselves—with a method that’s realistic, proven, and empowering.
