Our Story: Meet Hannah
I used to do everything “right”—at least, according to mainstream fitness advice.
I was eating clean, watching my calories, and doing plenty of cardio. I thought that because I was petite, I needed to stay in a tight deficit to get lean and “toned.” That meant eating as little as 1,200 calories a day and pushing through exhausting workouts.
But despite all that effort, I still didn’t feel good in my body.
I was thin—but I wasn’t strong. I didn’t have the definition I wanted. I felt soft, drained, and confused about why nothing was working.
So I started learning everything I could about nutrition and strength training—not for weight loss, but for body recomposition. I began fueling my body instead of starving it. I swapped endless cardio for effective, strength-based workouts. I stopped chasing skinny and started building strength.
And the results?
Not just a more defined, confident physique—but more energy, better mood, and a whole new relationship with food, fitness, and myself.
Why I Do This Work
There’s a lot of generic advice out there—but it doesn’t always work for petite women. When you’re already on the smaller side, the usual “cut calories and add cardio” approach can backfire.
You can eat healthy and still feel stuck. You can follow the rules and still not see results.
That’s where I come in.
As a coach, I help women like me—women who are ready to stop shrinking themselves and start building real strength and confidence. I use a sustainable, realistic approach that focuses on fueling your body, training smart, and recomposing your shape from the inside out.
Because you deserve to feel powerful in your own skin—not just small.
My Mission
To help petite women reclaim their strength, confidence, and energy—without starvation, shame, or the fear of bulking up.
Just science-based strategy, smart training, and real support from someone who’s walked the path.
